-Requesting a membership hold will postpone the next billing date the amount of days of the hold duration.
-Holds can be taken for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 3 months, unless due to a medical emergency or military leave.
-Members are responsible for submitting a new request if they need to extend the hold within the allowable limit.
-Members may not use the gym during the hold period.
-Any membership hold requested less than 14 days before the next billing date will still be responsible for the next payment upon return.
-Memberships can not be terminated during a pause period. If you request to terminate after a hold period, standard cancellation terms apply.
